Yes, because if we follow the Catholic teachings, promoting condom use is tantamount to promoting pre-marital sex--which is a clear moral prohibition.

No, because advertisements are also meant to educate us, just like the mass media that becomes vehicles of information. It is one's prerogative whether or not to give in to the message of the advertisement.
