Meet your Coach
Johann Mangussad
Jay Mangussad has been a photographer over the past 10 years. He started out as a freelance food photographer and stylist back in his college years and ended up getting hooked to documentary photography right after graduating. He has been a contributing photographer for CBCP News Service since 2015, and with that style and discipline opened the doors for FotograPio Studios — a photography service that he and his wife started together a few years ago.
His career as an Industrial Designer also led him to the different consumer industries and friends who gave him the opportunities of taking various product and food photography projects as well as editorial work for the past seven years.
His service in the Church began 15 years ago, extending across ministries being a member of the ministry of Lectors, Commentators and Psalmists, Music Ministry, Parish Social Communications Committee, and in the Diocese of Parañaque as a contributing photographer. His service with Youth Pinoy and CBCP News also allowed him to travel across the country to cover National Youth Days and other church events. In 2016, he also covered the World Youth Day in Poland.
